Broiler poultry houses measuring 26 × 114 m, with a capacity of 27,000 birds each.
The biomass boiler house supplies a heat carrier at 80/60°C.

Installed Equipment

Water-based air heaters RMX-64ACO – 10 units.

Engineering Solution

Heat-loss calculations showed a maximum heat demand of 740 kW at an indoor temperature of +20°C and outdoor design temperature of –22°C.
Standard equipment was not optimal from a technological standpoint, though financially acceptable, so special heaters with a four-row heat exchanger were engineered specifically for this project.
This allowed us to increase heating capacity without exceeding the budget.

Ten RMX-64ACO heaters were installed, each with a heating output of 70 kW (at +20°C indoors, water 80/60°C), and an airflow capacity of 7,200 m³/h.
The heaters were installed along the walls under the inlet flaps.
Mounting was carried out using brackets with dual rotating frames, allowing the heaters to rotate 180° during operation and switch to a service position during sanitation.

Cleaning is carried out using high-pressure water jets.
To facilitate maintenance, the latches are opened and the fan housing is swung away on hinges from the heat exchanger, providing full access to all components.
