To heat the premises of pig farms, maintaining a constant temperature of + 28-33 ° С

Design solution

For heating, RMX-AP 14 43 series heaters were installed. Water of 60/40°C, heated by a straw-fired boiler house, was used as the heating medium.

The RMX-AP was specially developed for pig, barn and small poultry houses. They are perfect for dusty and aggressive environments. The blades spacing is 4 mm, which prevents clogging. Due to reinforced blades on the heat exchanger, of 0.2 mm, it can be cleaned using high-pressure water jets. The double anti-corrosion coating protects the heat exchanger against ammonia vapours, sulphur and moisture.

The fan heater is designed to make cleaning as easy as possible. The front panel can be removed for easy access to clean the heat exchanger and fan heater casing. The casing of the fan heater is also treated with an anti-corrosion coating.
