Poultry houses to complete growing parent stock Agidel LLC, Volyn Region (part of the Pan Kurchak agro-industrial group).

Design solution

To compensate for heat loss and to heat ventilation air, each poultry house is equipped with

two RMX 94ACO/SP fan heaters with a heating capacity of 91kW (at t_room=+35°C, water 90/70°C) and an air flow rate of 8,200m3/h. Fan heaters are installed along the walls of the poultry house, underneath the air inlet valves.
Previously, the poultry houses were equipped with Big Dutchman Heatmaster 4H fans (90kW (+35°C, 90/70°C), 7,500m3/h). At the end of their service life, they had to be replaced with new ones. Solveno has designed and proposed a special model of fan heaters with a 4-row heat exchanger and a more powerful fan. Technical characteristics were exactly the same as the Heatmaster 4H model but the price was three times lower.

The equipment has proven to be excellent in operation, as evidenced by the continued fruitful cooperation with the Pan Kurchak agricultural group.
