Design solution

To compensate for heat loss and to heat ventilation air, each poultry house is equipped with six RMX 93ACO fan heaters with a heating capacity of 54kW (at t_room=+33°C, water 80/60°C). Fan heaters are installed along the walls of the poultry house, underneath the air inlet valves. Each fan heater is equipped with a suspension system. The suspension system allows adjusting the height of the unit depending on the height of the birds. Upon completion of the technological cycle, the fan heater is lifted up to the ceiling so that it does not hinder the passage of vehicles. The fan heater is cleaned with high-pressure water jets. To do this, the casing with the fan is detached from the heat exchanger for full access to all its parts.
