Poultry Houses of LLC “Agro Oven”

Large-scale project of heating poultry houses for an agricultural producer

The Solveno company implemented a comprehensive project to implement a heating system at the facilities of Agro Aven LLC in the Dnipro region. The facility includes 24 poultry houses measuring 120×21 m, which required a thoughtful and effective engineering solution.

The main task was to ensure uniform heating of large premises with minimal heat loss and stable operation of the system under conditions of intensive operation.

144 Solveno RGAX-100 gas guns were installed as part of the project, which are responsible for fast and powerful air heating. For uniform heat distribution throughout the entire volume of the poultry houses, 144 Solveno DSX 500 overclocking fans were additionally installed.

This combination of equipment allows not only to effectively heat the premises, but also to avoid temperature drops, creating a stable microclimate throughout the area. This is especially important for poultry farming, where even minor temperature fluctuations can affect the results of growing.

The implemented solution provides high productivity, energy efficiency and reliability of the system, which makes it optimal for large agro-industrial facilities. Solveno continues to implement engineering solutions that meet the modern challenges of the agricultural sector.
