Introduction of a ventilation system with heat recovery
As part of the modernization of the poultry house, a project was implemented to install a modern ventilation system with heat recovery. The main goal was to ensure a stable microclimate in the room, reduce heat loss and increase the energy efficiency of the facility.
8 Solveno RC-25 recuperators were installed at the facility. Each unit has a capacity of 2,500 m³/h, which allows you to effectively provide the necessary air exchange even in large rooms. Thanks to this configuration, the system operates stably and evenly, maintaining optimal conditions for keeping poultry.
The recovery efficiency is 48%, which means a significant return of thermal energy from the exhaust air. This allows you to significantly reduce heating costs, especially in the cold season, and at the same time ensure a constant flow of fresh air without sudden temperature changes.
Special attention was paid to the correct design and placement of equipment. This approach ensured maximum efficiency of the entire ventilation system, reduced air stagnation zones and improved the overall microclimate in the poultry house.
The implementation of this solution allowed not only to increase comfortable conditions for the poultry, but also to optimize energy costs, which is an important factor for modern agricultural business.
