Information about the facility
Three vertical SOLVENO RMX-93 ACV fan heaters have been installed for heating.
The heaters are installed along the central axis of the poultry house at an equal distance from each other. A 6-way diffuser ensures the ultimate horizontal airflow. Due to its design, it completely extinguishes vertical direction of air flow and transforms it into horizontal.
The warm air blows over the birds’ heads, dries the bedding and reduces the CO2 and ammonia levels in the bird’s area. The fan heater intercepts fresh air from the air inlet valves and the birds are always supplied with heated fresh air. This improves health and condition of the birds.
In addition, the use of these fan heaters saves 10-30 % energy. This is achieved by drawing the overheated air away from the ceiling and then transporting it down to the birds where it is really needed. This makes use of the heat that has accumulated under the ceiling and has not escaped outdoors.
